CANCELLATIONS
Please understand that appointment times are reserved for you personally. When they are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. These cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked services.
LATE ARRIVALS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals later than 10 minutes are subject to cancellation. Clients who miss their appointment completely without prior notice are subject to a full charge of their booked services.
COLOR SERVICES AGREEMENT
Navjot Styles will make every attempt to help you achieve your desired color. Color services may have very different results on different types/colors of hair. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects or less than desired color results. Clients will be charged for services rendered and services are non-refundable.
